    We took our dog there in an emergency and they failed to pick up the fact that he had a spinal injury and failed to give him sufficient pain relief. We received a second opinion a few hours later at a different vet who confirmed it was a spinal injury. Truely disappointed in the clinic to miss such a big issue. During our visit they did not help us get our dog out the car even though we explained he couldn't walk nor did they show any empathy.
