  Such wonderful caring staff. We have been attending their Salisbury South Vets4Pets since early 1986 and have always gone back because of the personal care they bestowed on our loved ones.

  Our cat wasn't feeling well, we took him in and they ran some blood tests on site. We were told that he probably had pancreatitis and he would perk up in a couple of days. He didnt perk up so we took him to our regular vet. He looked at the tests they ran and informed us that they werent very comprehensive and sent some samples for further testing he also found blocked anal glands. We are shocked and anguished to learn that after getting the results, our cat either has leukemia or lymphoma. This is in addition to the financial pain of having to get another test done. I question the competence of this vet to accurately diagnose and treat its patients.

  Very disappointed. We had to use their after hours service once and found them to be great, and not as expensive as we thought, but since then we took our extremely distressed dog up to them and was not happy. We drove 1/2 hour to get there as she was diagnosed with auto immune disease without any blood tests and only a skin scrapping done. Told we would have to have her treated by a specialist with high out of pocket expenses. We took her back and were left waiting for a already booked appointment time, only to have her deeply distressed in the car and waiting room for 3/4 of an hour. Another client walked in much later and was seen in about 5 mins of waiting. No help was offered or room for us to calm our dog. Very distressing experience and will not recommend them anymore.

  Staff were friendly and efficient. My dog ate a sock and I needed them to get it out, she was seen straight away.

  Their knowledge is also wide-ranging as we have taken them the usual dogs and cats but also turtles and tree frogs plus rabbits.
